Now in its third year, the Nixon WTA is a winner-takes-all event which awards custom, limited edition Nixon timepieces at four stops along the ASP World Tour. The first WTA will be awarded for heaviest wave in Teahupoo, Tahiti. The subsequent three WTA challenges include: highest heat score at Jeffrey Bay, South Africa, in July; the longest tube in Mundaka, Euskadi, in October; and the overall Triple Crown winner on the North Shore of Oahu in December.

Each WTA watch will feature a Swiss Made chronograph with day and custom color date, a titanium carbide coated case and band with rotating bezel and countdown timer, sapphire crystal, a custom-engraved case-back and custom set diamonds and rubies. These four one-of-a-kind watches are valued at over $10,000 USD.
